From The PresidentDecember 28, 2007 Dear Brothers and Sisters, I've been shooting a film in Boston the past couple of months and have been very fortunate to meet many of you during that time. A suggestion was made to have a membership meeting in Boston, which I thought was a great idea. I would like to invite you to Boston's first ever Local 600 membership meeting, where we can discuss important issues affecting the motion picture industry and our craft. This meeting will also provide a wonderful opportunity to get to know you and for all of us to discuss ways Local 600 can better serve the membership and prepare for our National Membership Meeting held on February 23. This special event will be held in Boston on Sunday, January 13 at the Intercontinental Hotel, 510 Atlantic Ave. from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Breakfast will be served at 10:30 followed by a lunch at Noon. Parking will be paid for. Please bring your parking receipt for validation.
