RESPECT Act Would Restore Right to Join Unions for Millions of WorkersNew legislation introduced in the Senate could reverse an anti-labor ruling by the National Labor Relations Board that would deny millions of workers the right to organize. The Re-Empowerment of Skilled and Professional Employees and Construction Tradeworkers (RESPECT) Act would reverse recent decisions by the National Labor Relations Board that could prevent millions of workers the right to join unions.
