It will be held at the Wadsworth Theatre and grounds, in West Los Angeles, CA, from June 23 to June 24.

Shooting in 24p HD for feature films, Fujinon offers a  range of “Cine Style” lenses engineered for digital cinema, including the “Compact C” series of Cine Style HDTV zoom lenses, including the HAc18x7.6-F; the HAc15x7.3, and the HAc13x4.5B.  Fujinon also offers the HDTV Cine Super Style E Series, including the following prime lenses: the HAe5 (5mm T1.7), HAe8 (8mm T1.5), HAe10 (10mm T1.5), HAe40 (40mm T1.5), and HAe54 (54mm T1.6). Director Michael Mann chose Fujinon HD lenses for two of his action thrillers: “Collateral,” starring Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx; and the upcoming “Miami Vice,” starring Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx. Also, Director Robert Rodriguez, a filmmaker bullish on 24p HD, chose Fujinon Cine Style HD lenses for “Sin City,” an action movie released in 2005; as well as “Spy Kids 3D: Game Over,” the sequel to his “Spy Kids” hit; and “Once Upon a Time in Mexico.” George Lucas used Fujinon HD Cine Style lenses for “Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, as well as “Star Wars: Episode III,” and “Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones.”

Director Robert Altman chose Fujinon HD Cine Style lenses to film “A Prairie Home Companion,” written by Garrison Keillor, and slated to premiere June 9th.

Numerous episodic television shows and commercials have also been shot with Fujinon HD Cine Style lenses. They’ve been sold to a significant number of industry-leading film and video production and equipment rental companies, including Film/Video Equipment Service Company, Bexel, Clairmont Camera, Fletcher Chicago, Liman Video, Plus 8 Digital, Sim Video, and Fox Entertainment.

Cine Gear Expo also represents an opportunity for Fujinon to showcase several lenses that were unveiled at the NAB show in Las Vegas in April, including the HA16x6.3ERM/ERD wide angle ENG/EFP style HD lens, which offers a very wide angular field of view, and a focal length of 6.3 to 101mm with a 16x zoom ratio.
