Condensation primaly happens when you move a camera or lens from outside to inside. If you put your lens (or camera and lens) inside a plastic bag, seal it airthight and leave it to warm up for an hour or so inside, the condensation will be on the plastic bag and not on the lens/camera.

You would need the type of bag bad guys sometimes use for cocain (or some other drug) in movies, only much bigger.

Of course this doesn´t help you much if your problem with condensation is during filming. If that is the case, maybe you could try letting your camera/lens aclimatize to the humidity and temperature of where you are well before you start shooting. Maybe even try the plastic bag trick when you arrive on the location.
