How to Reset Your Password

  1. Click on "Manage Login" in the My600 menu.
  2. Click on the link that reads "I forgot my member details."
  3. You will need your Member ID # and the last four digits of your SSN. Your Member ID # can be found on your billing statement. (*Note: Your Member ID # is not the number that is printed on your membership card)
  4. Once you enter those two fields, press your Tab key to tab out of the box, and the security question will automatically populate with your question. Answer the question and submit your answer.
  5. Check your email for your temporary password. (If you don't see the email in your Inbox, you may need to check your Spam/Junk mail folder.)

Please note: If you copy and paste your password, please be sure that you are not copying any extra spaces with your password, as this will result in a failed login attempt.

After you login successfully, you will be able to change your password. Make sure that your new password is a minimum of eight (8) characters and meets at least three (3) of the following security requirements: one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol. Only the following symbols are accepted: ! @ # $ % ^ + = (Example: Camera600!)

Getting an Error Page when Resetting Your Password

If you are getting an error page after entering in your Member ID# and the last four (4) digits of your SSN, please contact Web Support for assistance.

Password Not Working

  • The system locks your account for 10 minutes if you entered in your username and password combination incorrectly five (5) times. If you remember your password but were locked out, please wait 10 minutes and try again.
  • Also, if you are copying and pasting your password, please be sure that you are not copying any extra spaces with your password, as this will result in a failed login attempt.
  • If you don't see an email with your temporary password in your Inbox, you may need to check your Spam/Junk mail folder.

Can't Change Your Password

Make sure that your new password is a minimum of eight (8) characters and meets at least three (3) of the following security requirements:

  • One capital letter
  • One lowercase letter
  • One number
  • One symbol - only the following symbols are accepted: ! @ # $ % ^ + = (Example: Camera600!)

Registering for a New Account

If you have not accessed your account online since June 2010, you will need to register for a new account.

  1. Click on the "Manage Login" in the My600 menu.
  2. Click on the link that reads "I am a member and would like to register."
  3. You will need your Member ID # and the last four digits of your SSN. Your Member ID # can be found on your billing statement. (*Note: Your Member ID # is not the number that is printed on your membership card)
  4. Once you complete all necessary fields, click on "Confirm Registration" and check your email for your temporary password. (If you don't see the email in your Inbox, you may need to check your Spam/Junk mail folder)

PLEASE NOTE: If you copy and paste your password, please be sure that you are not copying any extra spaces with your password, as this will result in a failed login attempt.
