“Sustainable Production Across the Globe"

The Local 600 Sustainability Committee will host a discussion focusing on how we can take our passion for sustainable production along with us when working in Canada and Europe while challenging ourselves to think bigger and do more through learning about sustainable production practices in other countries. Panelists will include Local 600 Director of Photography Alicia Robbins, Local 705 Costume Designer Georgina Curtis, and Green Spark Group's Zena Harris.
 
“Safely Executing Long and Successive Takes”
Tuesday, April 16, 2:30 pm, CineCentral
Local 600 panelists will address long and successive take safety, detailing the science behind Safety Bulletin #45 and discussing the implementation of safe practices on set along with some of the technology camera operators can employ to safely execute the work. Panelists/demonstrators will include Local 600 Operator Shanele Alvarez, and Director of Photography Dawn Fleischman. Business Rep Ryan Sullivan will moderate.
